Christmas - Can I still get a present?

The holidays are closing in and Santa's sleigh might be a bit backed up this year. Shipping carriers are super busy, so we can't promise a pre-Christmas drop-in.

But you can still manage to give a gift from SkatePro!

When placing your order, check out the expected delivery date, to know, when to expect your order. We've tried our best taking the busy holiday times into consideration, when giving you an estimated delivery.

Even though we'd love to do so, and it is the season of miracles, we can't guarantee delivery before the holiday.

What to do if the parcel doesn't arrive in time?

If the package doesn't arrive before Christmas, you can:

• print a gift certificate detailing the items, you purchased. We know, it's not the same, as giving an actual gift, but it ensures that you have something under the tree, and as they say: A thing to look forward to makes life more interesting.
• buy a print-yourself Gift Card, and let the recipient choose their own Christmas present.

Gift Certificate - How do I get it?

When you order your items online, you will receive an email with a link to your order. Here, you will find a link to download the gift certificate, detailing the items, that are already on the way.
