The rear brake took some fiddling to get it to work at all. The handlebars wouldn’t stay straight without sanding down the rough edges. The rear wheel was initially installed incorrectly, and even after it was installed correctly, it still wouldn’t stay aligned without removing the paint from the notches in the rear fork. The chains broke on the first hard pedal stroke. At first I thought the alignment had gone wrong again from the jump, but the line looked perfectly straight, so the chains just couldn’t handle it. The frame seems pretty good at first glance; we’ll see if my opinion changes and how many parts need replacing after the first trip to the dirt track.
Edit: The Skatepro team really delivered 5/5 service; if anyone else has any issues, they’ll definitely handle things perfectly. I can recommend the shop to others as well. On receipt, the paint had already been rubbed off in several places, or there was a spot where the paint had already been incorrectly applied in the workshop. The paint is very sensitive and comes off the frame very easily. I had to have the wheels straightened (centered, balanced) in a workshop. I had to replace the seat post with a Pivotal post as the original one couldn't even support my 60 kg and the saddle kept tipping over even on normal road rides. As a result, I also had to invest in a new Pivotal saddle. The rear brake stretches a lot, it feels like chewing gum.
