Nicolas F.Charenton, FranceVerified Buyer4 of 5The product seems to be of good quality. The pocket is too small. Only made for phone or bunch of keys. Purse does not fit. Handy enough on the bag's shoulder strap. Fast delivery.Arachida OutferdineBrussel, BelgiumVerified Buyer5 of 5handy, bought together with the backpackAdrian P.Glasgow, United KingdomVerified Buyer5 of 5Bought for Barcelona trip, will be used all the time now.Maxim SimonBerlin, GermanyVerified Buyer4 of 5The bag is great quality, but it sits far too high on the shoulder / too close to the neck. Unfortunately, the two fasteners on the backpack, to which the smartphone bag is attached, cannot be adjusted in height (the chest strap is better here, as it can be adjusted in height on the left and right). As a result, the bag is too close to the neck and not at chest height when the smartphone is inside.Ευη γ.Αγία Παρασκευή, GreeceVerified Buyer5 of 5Very niceWaldemar KambułBydgoszcz, PolandVerified Buyer3 of 5Unfortunately, the product is incompatible with the snaps of the store-bought backpack, and thus useless.
..Reply from SkateProThank you for taking the time to write a review.
We are very sorry to hear about the problem with the product. From your purchase history, I see that you purchased a backpack of a brand other than Powerslide - unfortunately, not all brands have chosen to use one type of fasteners. We always encourage you to consult the compatibility of the products before purchasing them with our staff :)
Please note that you can return the product for 365 days after purchase. For more information, please visit our website or contact Customer Service :)
