I got the package timely, but had to pay a custom fee. The website was Canadian, so it was a bit surprise for me. Another issue was that despite of using Alpine size charts, the boots were really tight. It was unexpected issue, because of my feet is quite standard. It is still possible to use them, but I had to remove insoles. I'll never buy boots online again!

Reply from SkatePro:  Hi Igor,

Thank you for getting in touch with us by leaving a review.

First of all, I'm really sorry to hear that it wasn't clear enough visible on our website that we are located in Denmark.
We have in our checkout, above the total order price, written what the estimated duties are which you are going to pay in Canada. We are working very hard to getting everything updated and included in the pricing. We hope that this will be happening in the coming period.

About the size guide, Alpina is a brand that falls a bit narrow. We would recommend going for a size bigger compared to the current size you are using. If you are in doubt, we always have our Customer Connection Team ready to help you out with your inquiry ✌

The rating has nothing to do with the performance and comfort of the boot. Unfortunately, despite measuring our feet and using the guide provided on the website, the boots I bought for my wife and I ended up being significantly too small so as to be unusable.

Reply from SkatePro:  Thank you for your review, we are really sorry to hear that the boots were a bad fit. This does sound very strange as the boots should fit if you measure your foot and check the size chart. We will reach out to you directly to further investigate this and to make the situation right.

Great boot for fit, comfort and performance - should be available in Toronto!
