This Enuff wheel spacer is used between the bearings of skateboard wheels, in order to stiffen up the line of torque, which in turn helps protect the bearings and adds to their longevity.

Trucks come in pairs, wheels and bearings in packs of four, but spacers come one at a time... But sure, at least ONE good spacer arrived...Reply from SkateProHi, thanks for your review! Sorry for the inconvenience, but this is how the product comes from the manufacturer, and it’s sold as a single unit—nowhere does it say that two are included. /SkatePro TeamSteffan AndersenSvenstrup J, DenmarkVerified Buyer5 of 5perform as intendedAntoine C.Ath, BelgiumVerified Buyer5 of 5Great for protecting your bearings and extending their lifespan. These work really well.J. SegerEnskede, SwedenVerified Buyer5 of 5Really nice... use it on all wheels. Lifesaver. Extends the life of all ball bearings. Really cool.Jean-Sébastien ROBILLARDEAUBONNE, FranceVerified Buyer4 of 5Those who don't use spacers are fools who don't understand anything about mechanics, and who also have money to waste on bearings.
