Went 2 sizes up as recommended in the size chart (to 41 from 39) but they were still too small, although there should be a good margin. Got very good help and it was arranged with return. Otherwise, there is a very strange lock on the ankle straps that I barely manage to lock tight...Reply from SkateProThank you very much for your feedback.
We always recommend checking the size chart by foot measurements and you should be able to find what fits. We are checking our size chart now anyway. I'm glad we were able to work it out together. /SkatePro TeamGerardo SalzanoMarano di Napoli, ItalyVerified Buyer5 of 5BeautifulValentina Lo mantoSiracusa, ItalyVerified Buyer2 of 5Wrong size chart. I have a 39 shoe and the foot 250 mm and I had taken the 41 (from table 256 mm) result: they fit me very tight and my big toe is banging. I had to return them. I would like to get a larger size but it is not available for this model. Now I will have to figure out what other model to get hoping to get the number right since the tables are wrong.Reply from SkateProHi Valentina,
thank you so much for the review, we are sorry it was complicated to find the right size 😟
We can see that our customer service has already taken care of your case, but for the inconvenience, we have charged you a small credit that you can use as a discount on your next order ❤️
See you soon!🏄♂️🛴🛹Marc L.Maassluis, NetherlandsVerified Buyer4 of 5They seem like decent skates, only they're still pretty stiff.... I hope that will become more flexible. I also have to get used to the click system with which you attach them.... But I expect this will all get used to....Daniele TaddeucciSIRACUSA, ItalyVerified Buyer4 of 5Good productMaurizio PomiMonteviale, ItalyVerified Buyer5 of 5Perfect skate for fitness! Very satisfied!
