	I didn't notice they were missing the shift plates. Fortunately I could find one pair at the local store. Not sure what brand, there is no sign, but they fit it great.

	These bindings coupled exactly with the Prolink Shift plate that came pre-installed on my Salomon skis. Installation was literally as simple as clicking them in place, and I have moved them back and forth on the skis a couple times in response to different snow conditions.
