First, the head of the countersunk bolt doesn’t apply any surface pressure because it only makes contact at specific points along the outer edge of the countersink; second, the Allen socket doesn’t hold for long, and then you can just throw the included bolt(s) in the trash. In fact, I only found one countersunk screw in the sealed package. Very annoying because then I had to make a special trip to Obi. See the photo for how I finally solved it. It cost me half a day. The lever is very good and pretty, with a hinge so you can change it without having to remove the handle.
The shims are good.
