If the casters have disintegrated after such a period of use, it may be due to a manufacturing defect. We have contacted you by email, requesting the information and photos we need to start the complaint process. In the future, please contact us by email, in accordance with the company's policy on product complaints. Markus H. Turku, Finland Verified Buyer 5 of 5 The product lived up to expectations, thank you! Filip Jongbloet Hoegaarden, Belgium Verified Buyer 5 of 5 A brilliant scooter! You can hear it immediately by the scooter's wheels when they make a jump. As always, SkatePro delivers quality and safe equipment! Don't hesitate to save on a scooter for kids to romp around on. A scooter like this really looks off with the kids but this dominator doesn't even get my godson down! Thomas H. Annweiler am Trifels, Germany Verified Buyer 4 of 5 The scooter is very solid and reliable. Our kids have a lot of fun with it. Only the brakes are a little too stiff for our daughter and the griptape blisters in some places. All in all, however, there are no major obstacles to extensive riding fun. karl Koidl Innsbruck, Austria Verified Buyer 5 of 5 Very good product J.
