If you run a roller skate shop… the least you can do is give advice on sizing. And if you’re not sure, tell me to check the fit with other pairs in person here, or whatever! But don’t just send me any size just to make a sale and be done with it.
Later, I wrote to them to say that they were way too small, and I didn’t even get a response. I had to write again, and they told me to return them. In other words, they showed zero willingness to find a solution. On top of that, they told me I have to cover the nearly €10 shipping cost myself.
