SkatePro is using Braintree as a transaction-gateway. Braintree is certified by the key security standard within the payments industry (PCI DSS certified as Level 1 Service Providers). They also comply with the European Union regulation applicable to the provision of payment services (Directive EU 2015/2366).

All info you provide in checkout is encrypted with 256bit SSL. The payment details can only be read by Braintree, meaning that SkatePro can never see your credit card details.

The amount of your payment is reserved by Braintree, and is only deducted from your account, once your order is shipped. SkatePro can never charge more than the amount of your purchase.

Buy now, Pay Later by PayPal, allows you to split and pay for your order in installments after your order has been shipped. Pay Later can be used on orders starting as low as $30 and is available in 3 different financing plans.
