SkatePro started in 1996 and is today one of the largest international online action sports stores. We offer our customers a wide range of equipment, accessories and clothing related to scooters, roller skates, skateboards, BMX, surf and winter sports. SkatePro sells and delivers goods to more than 25 countries, primarily in Europe but also in the USA, Canada and Mexico. Today, the company has over 300 passionate employees with great interest, knowledge and experience in action sports.

We strive to always be trustworthy, professional and competent in relation to sales of products, service, advice, and the way we treat our customers. Furthermore, our mission is to grow and support action sports and inspire people of all ages to practice what we love anywhere in the world. That is why we also sponsor more than 200 initiatives and events every year, and at the same time, we have built our own skate team consisting of more than 50 top profiles and athletes who together inspire the action sports community internationally.

SkatePro is headquartered close to the city of Aarhus in Denmark, where you can also visit and shop in our physical store.

Shipped incomplete product twice, then went out of stock before sending a complete product. Absolutely horrible customer service.

This is the worst company I have ever purchased from. I was sent the wrong item and it was impossible to get in contact with anyone after many phone calls and emails. Their customer service is absolutely horrible. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. There are plenty of other sites with similar or cheaper prices that are much more reputable. I can not say this enough. YOU WILL REGRET BUYING FROM THEM. This is VERY true if you are in the US.

Total waste of money. Misleading description of product, and $19 for shipping to me and additional $19 shipping to return. The skates cost less than that! I will never buy from this company again.

I've gotten two cross-country ski boots from them and my first pair of roller skis from them. I definitely recommend you get them assembled by them as it is difficult to find people to do this in the US.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE! In regards to the rollerblades, I was worried that the BOA would not allow me to tighten them enough, but they're great, fast, smooth, absolutely in LOVE! The best part of the experience was how helpful the Skatepro staff have been. Thank you all! 10/10 would recommend. It's important to remember that shipping and the world is held up by COVID, so remember to be patient if your package is takes a bit longer. That's life people. SO GLAD I didn't go with options on Amazon, or anywhere else for the matter. THANK YOU! Hands down best options for skates!
