Shipping and Returns
Besides the price of the products, you only have to pay the shipping cost. The shipping cost is displayed during the checkout process and also in the order confirmation, that you will receive via email.
The expected delivery date will be shown clearly during the checkout process and the order confirmation. Notice that we do not ship your order before all the items are in stock. You will receive an e-mail notification if the shipment of your order has been delayed.
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a link to the Track-and-Trace information of your parcel.
Should you regret your purchase; any product can be returned within 365 days. The right of withdrawal is expiring after 365 days after receiving the order. At the same time you have to inform us about the withdrawal via email, write to email@example.com, or phone, call +44 330 027 0202. You can also choose to use our standard withdrawal form and send this along with the return. If you want to make use of your right of withdrawal, it is not sufficient to just reject the acceptance of the order without notifying us about the withdrawal.
If you regret your purchase, you should return your order without any unnecessary delays, and latest within 14 days. You have to pay yourself for the return shipping costs. From the point of the delivery, you are responsible for the condition of the goods.
You must return the products in the same condition and quantity as they were when you received them, if you want to make use of your right of withdrawal after the 15th until the 365th day after receiving your order.

Always remember to attach your order number when returning ordered items. You can do this by adding the enclosed return note to your return parcel or by printing the return form from our website, filling it out and adding it to the parcel with your return items. Note that the product’s condition is your responsibility from the time of delivery, until it is returned to us. Therefore, make sure to securely wrap the items you wish to return.
Tax free shopping for non-EU countries. When importing the goods to USA, you may have to pay tax (VAT and customs duties). In some cases you will also have to pay customs and possibly a handling fee.
If you are a citizen of a non-EU country, and received an order with VAT (delivery to a country within EU), then you can get a refund of the VAT that you paid. In order to do that, you have to send us the original invoice with a stamp from the customs of the country in EU, you are leaving, when travelling back to your home land. This document needs to be sent to SkatePro latest 2½ months after the goods has been exported outside of the EU.
We charge an administration fee of $20 per invoice, which will be subtracted from the refunded VAT.
