	Lamentablemente ustedes enviaron el pedido en dos paquetes distintos con dos mineros de guía distintos pero en cada paquete incluyeron el recibo por el TOTAL de los productos. Esto causó que se me cobrara dos veces gastos de importación y aduana por el total de la orden por error causado por ustedes en el envío. Esto es muy molesto ya que la orden se encareció de manera considerable y no han ofrecido soluciones alguna a nuestras llamadas y reclamos.
