These are thick pads and are comfortable to wear. They offer solid protection overall. I am a smaller person (5'2"/135lbs), and have to tighten the knee pads to their maximum for them to stay up on my leg. Because of this, after two weeks of wear, the elastic straps have stretched out to the point where they don't stay up. I do really like these, but if you have smaller limbs, you may want to consider a different pad set that offer a smaller size or thicker straps. | |

The wrist guard is bad; the plastic that is protecting the palm of the hand dislodges and the mesh is exposed in a region with vast impacts. I have used the product a few times and the wrist guards are for the bin. | |
