MG3 Mouth guard

Comfortable 3 layer mouthpiece for optimal protection, minimizes concussion and dental damage chances.
Adult size, ages 10 & above.

Customizing the mouthpiece, note boiling water can be dangerous!

1. Boil the water and let stand 30 sec. before immersing the protector in the water for 70 seconds.
2. Take the guard out of the water with a spoon, shake water off, as soon as possible center the protector on the upper teeth. (The protector should be warm)
3. When the upper teeth are centered bite gently together and suck/squeeze air and excess water off guard with your tongue. One may also use the fingers to squeeze the protector in place on the outside.
4. Let the protector to tight in the mouth for 30 seconds. remove and place under running cold water.
5. If the fit is not perfect, repeat the process until it is optimal.
6. If guard is a little too large, you can cut some of the ends off with a knife.
