A.P Limited No 5 Skateboard Deck

100% unique Skateboard Art by the artist Antti-Pekka Korhonen.

Antti-Pekka is a gifted active skaterboarder but also a recognized artist, who already had an exibition at the Helsinki underground Art event.

In cooperation with SkatePro, Antti-Pekka has designed a Limited series of hand painted decks, all unique and individually numbered. The deck itself is a high quality Sk8-Mafia deck with 7 layers of Canadian maple.

The creation process:

• The decks were painted using a mixed method of spray paint and paint markers, incorporating the wooden surface of the plywood as background texture.
• Two stencils were cut out and spray paint was used to make the base design.
• On top of that each one was detailed to be uniqe with the paint markers.
• At last the deck was varnished 3 times.
