These are awesome skates, but if you're ordering from the United States, keep in mind that US size estimates are way off. The size 9 skates I ordered are closer to size 8. They do offer returns, but you have to pay for shipping, so it would cost me $60 to send these back to Denmark.

Reply from SkatePro:  I'm sorry your skates did not fit well.
We try to have the measurements stated in all or size guides and this is based on the insole lengths that we measure. Usually skates should be taken one size up from your own shoe size/foot length, as you also need some extra space in them, for it to feel comfortable.
You can always choose to purchase a return label through us, so it will only cost you $34,-.

These are really great skates. Amazing quality. I had to exchange the size as they came up really small. I did measure my foot and use the chart but they were still really tight. The exchange was really easy and customer service was amazing. The only issue with these that I’ve had is that the right skate makes a clicking sound and feels like something catches whenever pressure is taken off the foot. I’ve tried to tighten them and stuff but I can’t figure out what is wrong with it. It doesn’t affect the performance it’s just a bit annoying. No one else seems to have had a similar issue from the reviews I’ve read so I guess I’ve just been unlucky. Still great skates though.

Reply from SkatePro:  Thank you for taking the time to write this review. 🙂 I am happy to hear that we could make the exchange process smoother for you. However, I have contacted you also by email regarding the clicking sound because that doesn't sound right indeed.
