Onyx Element Shorty 2mm Chestzip 2018 Wetsuit

A shorty with a tight fit design in 2mm thickness. A great neoprene wetsuit choice for those chilly days on the water.

The Onyx Element has a chest zip that enhances comfort and warmth compared to back zip solutions. The chest zip eliminates the risk of flush-throughs at the neck area.

A great pick for a lot of different watersports due to good flexibility and comfortability.

Features:

• Aqua-A

Aqua-A is a solvent-free water-based glue used in all Ion wetsuits.

• Seam reinforcements

To strengthen stress points inside the wetsuit Ion have added Melco tape for increased durability. Ion notes: “If you accidentally left the suit in the trunk of your car on a hot day, they can start to peel off. Don't panic! Gently use an iron over the affected area as the glue is activated by heat.”

• Contour Cut

Wetsuits following body contours enhancing flexibility and comfort. All Ion wetsuits come with contour cut.

• Drain Holes

To avoid accumulation of water where overlap fabrics are located drain holes are added. The drain holes won’t expand.

• Supra Tex

Fabrics used for more exposed areas on the wetsuit - for instance, knee areas. The Supra Tex fabric is more abrasion resistant.
