The Salomon S-Lab Skate boot is a high performance, lightweight racing skate boot with carbon frame and dissociated lacing for comfort, precision, and power transmission.
It is designed with a carbon skating plate that is made light weight and Salomon explains: "The carbon plate stores energy when flexing & returns it at the end of the kick for more power." The carbon construction provides torsional strenght and hereby a good power transfer. For an optimized fit the boot has an adjustable heel strap to secure better comfort and performance.
