There’s no denying it. The last three months have been pure blue sky and sunny weather. Hopefully, you’ve got the best out of it and had a lot of great sessions.
So maybe it’s time to take a little care of your scooter, no matter if it’s just a little maintenance to keep your scooter dialed or getting new parts to upgrade your favorite ride.
Get a fresh ride with new bearings
Riding on all sorts of surfaces will expose your bearings to different kinds of materials from sand over gravel to water and dust. Add jumping stairs, doing wall rides, riding bowls and doing tail whips from fun boxes to the equation and you’ll find out that your bearings live a hard life.
A damaged bearing will affect your ability to get up to speed and maintain it. The good news, it’s cheap and easy to replace. If you follow the guide in the video above, you’ll be good to go in a matter of minutes.
Keep in mind that the higher the ABEC rating the bearings have, the easier it gets to accelerate and maintain speed. But be aware that bearings with lower ABEC bearings don’t get worn out as easily as the ones with a high ABEC rating. Find your new bearings here
