Swix F4 Aerosol 150ml Cross Country Glidewax has a sponge foam applicator for easy wax application. Evenly apply a thin layer to your base and let it rest for 5 minutes. Polish it up using Fiberlene or a Nylon Brush for best results. Don't forget to apply F4 to the metal edges to prevent rust.
