Description

This board has a dye-cut base and is therefore randomly picked in one of the color combinations shown in the product pictures. It is all done with the purpose of not wasting material while creating the base graphic from different colored sheets.

The Yes Typo is a versatile snowboard designed for all mountain and trips into powder land. You get a wide variety of stance options for mounting the bindings with the 2x4 system. With its riding characteristics and a flex of 6, this Yes snowboard is recommended for beginners and intermediates. The medium stiffness of this board brings you a balance of maneuverability and stability at speed.

  • The Full Poplar Core gives you a balanced mix between durability, flex and lightweight
  • Thanks to the Biax Glass, it will be easier to turn this snowboard without catching an edge
  • A sintered base gives you a fast and durable board that absorbs wax really well and is resistant to abrasion
  • A camber profile provides you with great pop and serious edge hold for your high speed carving rides
  • A directional twin shape will let you ride the board both directions but will ultimately perform better with the nose forward

I love my Yes Typo! I am 6'2", 175 pounds. Great all mountain freestyle board. Turns quickly, spins well and has a nice snap with some butter ability. Carves and holds a line well. It's OK in the pow, but not a pow board. If you only want to haul above 45 mph to 50 mph on a very regular basis you might want a stiffer board. At that point it will chatter over chunder. It is a fun all-rounder especially if you want to ollie and jib the mountain.

After much research I went with the Yes Typo and it is a blast to ride. I am 6’5” 230lbs, I went with the 163w. Graphics and small text you can not see online refers to sex and something about a love missile(can not remember I covered it up) are not preferred I bought the board because of online performance reviews and the board meets my expectations on U.S. Midwest hills groomed with patches of ice.

Great board for an advanced beginner/intermediate rider. This board is performing well in the icy conditions on the U.S. East Coast.
