These skates are an amazing invention. I love the stability of the wheel in front and behind the boot and the rubber, inflatable tires. I think I will need to get the bigger tires for my gravel roads, but really appreciate being able to try the skates and send them back if needed, so I can get the exact right model. These skates are great! They were hard to find, but SkatePro did a wonderful job of getting them to me from Denmark. They fit well and deliver a comparably decent experience to skate skiing on snow. I'm still trying to fine tune the brake, but I'll be a lot better prepared for the 2021 Birkebeiner than I was last year. | |

In the United States there doesn't seem to be a shop where we can buy nordic skates, so I was very happy to find Skatepro! I received my Powerslide XC Trainer Bronx skates a few days ago. I pumped up the tires, adjusted the rear brake so it sat a little higher on my leg, and tightened the screws under the shoes. The shoes fit very well. The build quality is very good! Definitely a high quality product. I weigh 215 pounds, so I definitely need to fill the tires up to 100 psi. I think I'll need to adjust the shoes a little in relation to the skate, so I can control the balance of the skates overall. Very happy so far! | |
