Gentle to moderate support and cushioning for ankles. Definitely allows you to skate for longer without your feet tiring. The shape could be a centimetre or two longer on foot section. |

The xl just about fit me. 36 male, uk size 10 or 11 feet.
They are really comfortable and since using these I have had no sores from my quad skates. |
