While the Shock Sleeve Knee Gasket from Ennui may not carry the same level of protection as a thick padded, hard-cap protector, it sure does make up for it in the way it allows you to move freely and a lot less restricted.
A supple Lycra sleeve has been fitted internally with silicone strips to prevent slippage. To this is mounted a uniquely developed material - SPC - that is the brainchild of both the development team at Ennui/Powerslide and the guys over at MyFit - Who make skate liners for Powerslide.
This material will not only absorb the load of impact but also help disperse it throughout the construction - Ensuring that the impact to your joints is limited as much as possible. Add to this material a cap-structure made from TPU, which is very abrasion resistant, with a design that is very articulated, allowing for a very high level of freedom of movement.
A clear benefit from this soft-shell protection is both the low weight and also the ability to be protected beneath your regular clothing - Allowing you to look stylish whilst still being fully protected.

Perfect fit much more comfortable compared to G-Form. Haven't tested yet an actual fall, but they seem as sturdy as my previous G-Form. | |

When a sharp object goas at an slower speed, you will feel it more. i banged my knees quite a few times against my bars and was like, oh i hit them whitout feeling pain, while otherwise it would be painful. Positive: These pads are very comfortable, fresh and allow you to move easily. Negative: after 2 major falls, the lateral protection is minimum and you suffer it. I think relation price VS quality is very high. | |

Ces genouillères sont tres agréables à porter comparé à des genouillères classiques. Après 3 utilisations un des deux capuchons était déchiré autour de l'hexagone central. Apparemment c'était un défaut et le fournisseur m'a échangé les genouillères super rapidement. Merci le SAV de skatepro ! | |

Bien dans l’ensemble. J’ai pris du L pour 88kg. Elle tiennes bien au genoux dans l’ensemble mais on quand même tendance à glisser vers les tibias. Donc prenez du M pour un meilleurs confort. | |

Varen var sådan set fin nok - mine ben var bare for store. Jeg var/er noget træt af DAO derimod. Når man vælger levering til erhvervsadresse (og oven i købet betaler for det) nytter der jo ikke noget ad de forsøger at levere varen kl. 03.24. Det ville være fint med en levering indenfor almindelig arbejdstid. /Lars | |
